Payments:

• Weekly Rate-$350

• Late fees pick up-$5/ 30 mins.

Deposits:

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of registration. 
• Full payment is required on the first day of camp.
• Two-week notice is required to withdraw a camper from a program and receive a partial refund. No refunds will be provided with less than a two-weeks’ notice.

To enhance your camper’s experience, please remember to bring the following items with your child each day and clearly mark your child’s name on the items sent.

Lunch: 

• Please send items that do not need refrigeration or heating. Refillable water bottle, morning and afternoon snacks.

Appropriate shoes/clothing:

• Please wear only closed-toed shoes or running shoes. Please no sandals or flip-flops. Mark all clothing and personal belongings with the camper’s name.
• Hat
• Sunscreen (apply at home and pack in bag) 
• Bathing suit, towel, water shoes
• Weather appropriate clothing for outdoor activities. 
• Extra set of clothing in a separate small bag, within your backpack.

Items from home: 

• Please feel free to send sensory items from home that help your child have a better day.
•  Oasis camp is not responsible for lost items
